I'm a sophomore now. It wouldn't be legal for me to do that until I turn 16.

Wow. A lot of people seem to think I'm older than I am. I don't get it. How old did you think I was?

Yeah I am homeschooled, sometimes I like it and sometimes I don't. I live in the country and so I wish I could talk to more people(my age). I like it because I can get done really quickly and I don't have to worry about all the garbage in public school. No I am not ignorant but I do like not being bombarded with everyday. lol I hate it because I can't do anything, like a Bible Study and extra curricular activities. Next year I don't have to worry about it though because I am going to community college to get my GED(24credits and I can get a Equivalancy since I can't get a diploma nnn)

i was homeschooled thru part of 5th grade thru 7th and i luved it! ^_^ seriously, i could pace myself; the homeschool program i was in had activities every friday like rollerskating and going to the YMCA. Then in the evening, i had all my neighborhood friends to socialize with and we had loads of fun!! lol!!...they're still my friends too; i've known them forever tho even before i was homeschooled; we kinda grew up together. Then after christmas during 7th grade, one of my mom's friends daughter started working w/ me at my house so i had someone to socialize and do work with! ^_^ and we had fun lol..even if we didn't always do our work..hehe..then in 8th grade, i was dumped back in school..haha j/k no i luved the school i started back to and now here i am in a public high school in texas and it rox! ^_^

My mom tried homeschooling for about 1/2 the schoolyear. My brothers didn't like it, so we all went back. Really, I don't mind homeschooling. But, I really missed my friends when I was "gone"...

I have been homeschooled all my life and adore it so much. Yes, I get very very lonely. yes i wish I had more interaction with my friends...but I would die in public or private school. I love the flexability and experience I get at home!

i absolutley love homeschooling. ive been homeschooled all my life. we started when i was born. i still get 2 see friends and do sports etc., i dont have a problem with it at all. when you homeschool there is more 1 to 1 interaction then at private/public schools. well, jm2c, lauren

I was homeschooled up until 2nd grade, and I regret it. I didn't get to have snack time and take naps with all my friends!

i'm not a people person, but being as my mom dropped out of high school, i'm not sure she'd be the greatest candidate to teach me much of anything academic wise, and my dad's always working...soooo
