due to the very...touchy subject matter that will be discussed here i have a request.
If you are talking about suicide or self mutilation and feel that it has a possibility to trigger someone to S.I. please put *poss trig* in the subject.
if it has a HIGH possibility to cause someone to trigger, please put *trigger* in the subject
if the subject matter has some sexual content (NOT INNAPPROPRIATE) but MAY offend the more conservative people, or younger members, please put *SSC* in the subject (for Slight Sexual Content)
okay guys, i'll explain this. It's not that i'm trying to discourage you from talking about S.I. or suicide or anything. This is certainly the place to talk about it, but what i mean is that sometimes people will come on here while they're really down or suicidal, and accidentally read something that's going to trigger them. Thus, if they have a warning in the subject they can vear away from those posts. These warnings are used on almost all Mental Health boards that i've been to. It's perfectly okay to talk about touchy items here.
