yesterday i was at therapy and i saw my file. I really wanted to read what it said, but my therapist wouldn't let me, so i asked what was in it. she said, "Surveys you've filled out, you IQ test, some notes of mine and some diagnosis." i asked if there was a diagnosis in there she hadn't told me about, she said yes. Adjustment Disorder. hahaha. Apparently i have no ability to cope with stress....

adjustment disorder is quite common  so maybe you do, but you can't make the diagnosis yourself |
