Okay, so I'm supposedly bipolar, right? Right. And looking back I can see moments where I have been impulsive. Yesterday for example...it was my school's student council toys for tots distribution thingy. I picked up Katie and we headed up there about 9 am. Everything was fine till it was over, about 5 pm. Them I started to shake (although I tried to hide it) and my school's group (only 11 people) decided to go out for pizza. Well, we didn't HAVE to go, but I decided to because I had $5. Even though I had eaten like 5 minutes before that and was in no way hungry. Okay, that wasn't very impulsive. But afterwards me and Katie stopped to buy some cigarettes (pretty impulsive since I've told myself that I'm not allowed to buy any >_<), yay for being 18! And then I needed some lighters, so we went to CVS and bought some lighters, and candy and I don't even remember what else. So basically I went out and spent half of the money I was dead-set on saving. Good one Jen. Anywho, so my point is...alot of things like that have happened before. Either with cutting (where nothing is wrong and I just do it), or stealing, or spending money, or whatever. But it usually only lasts ONE day. And then the next day I'm really depressed (like today).
Soo....is that too quick of a change to be considered bipolar? I dunno, I'm confused. But gah >_< I want my money back!

eh, I guess impulsive could be considered a sign of 'manic' behavior, and as for quick changes there is a form of bipolar called "rapid cycle bpd" where the moods alternate rapidly, but I really don't know anything about it so I'll shut up now. re money, maybe you could keep most of your money at home and whenever you leave only take a set amount out of it that you're ok with spending, instead of all of it. The smoking may or may not be entirely because of bpd, since nicotine /is/ addictive (if not nearly as addictive as they claim.) Dunno what to tell you about the cutting and stealing. :\ Sounds to me like you're more borderline disorder than bipolar, though. *huggle*

O.o I've looked at borderline before and haven't really found alot of criteria to place me there. Hm...*makes a note to check in psychology books again* Ah yes, I forgot about the almight rapid cycle bpd. Eh...well Dakota convinced me to stop smoking because I wasn't/aren't addicted to it due to not smoking alot. And I told myself I wouldn't start again. But I have. Arg. Also, I normally don't keep more than a couple bucks on me, but I had just left my babysitting money from the night before in there ($25).
