Yes, i'm STILL pissed about the Gay thread on gps16. You know, the one where babo calls gay people freaks and the mods are allowing it? I've tried 3 times to post, asking the mods why they can publically ridicule me in my post about my opinion on gay marriage, saying i needed to stop attacking christians belief (no, they couldn't PM me about this, they had to publically ridicule me with this), yet they continue to edit it out of my posts when i try to tell them this, so i finally sent them a PM today:

I really find it offensive, EXTREMELY offensive that you are allowing babo to call homosexuals like myself and all of the others on this board 'FREAKS'. Yes, it's his opinion, but why is that you don't feel the need to edit an blatant attack on my people? We have made it clear that we find it offensive, yet you have yet to edit his post. And i find it very rude and offensive that you continue to edit my posts when i am trying to tell you that i find it VERY offensive that you will allow babo to call us freaks, but i get publically mocked over posting my opinion on sex before marriage. You publically posted that i needed to stop attacking christian beliefs. I don't attack them, i posted my opinion. But when someone DOES attack someone on here, calling us freaks, you allow it. So are you saying that i am allowed to call anyone with an opposing view to myself a Freak? Because i will, and you cannot warn or ban me for it if you are allowing babo to call us freaks...

Now, if i get banned or warned, we're starting a fiddlesticksING revolt on that site. I refuse to let this die. I refuse to allow them to allow certain users to personally attack some people, and then punish others for no reason, saying we were attacking people...

I think it's on page 2, quite a way down, that babo blatantly calls homosexuals freaks.

so i just made a post, pretty much restating what babo said to see if they will let me post about gay people being freaks. If they allow it, my real war with the mods will begin...

i have tried several times to call him a bigot, and got into a PM discussion with the mods about it. i asked why he can call gays sick, or freaks, or whatever he wants, when he is protected from similar insults.

He said homosexuality was sick. I approved a post saying Christianity was sick. I consider that consistent. An insult against homosexuals, as a group, is different than an insult against a specific member.

except that we all know that vee was just using that as a counterexample to his words that homosexuality is sick.

but very well, i shall no longer call him a bigot. i will however, point out to him that bigotry is abhorant, and let him make the connection himself.

sadly, i think will just put up a wall of ignorance and not see what i am saying. some people on that site would not get subtlety if you beat them over the head with it.

Well, i sent s16mod1 like 4 PM's talking about how i don't understand how he is allowed to personally attack me and 'my people' yet i had s16mod1 publically ridicule me over my sex before marriage OPINION. If you go to the thread, you will notice that i finally convinced s16mod1 to edit babo's post. SCORE 1 FOR DAKOTA.

I pointed out that i wasn't the only one that had made it blatant that the statement offended me.
