Okay, I get this random IM from a guy I don't know. There was another part of the IM, but my computer froze and I had to turn it off. He had just said that his name was Steven, he was 35 years old, and he had been looknig for skis on Ebay when he saw my name on his buddy list. Then I called him a perv, and told him about the latest things that have been on the news about people looking for sex from 15 year olds online.
Bridge6pack [9:22 P.M.]: do you mind if i chat with you another time Garydonsgirl [9:22 P.M.]: yeah is sorta do Bridge6pack [9:22 P.M.]: I am not asking to meet you...just chat Garydonsgirl [9:22 P.M.]: *I Bridge6pack [9:22 P.M.]: but I understand Garydonsgirl [9:22 P.M.]: nah, i'm just not interested Bridge6pack [9:23 P.M.]: okay....have a great night....enjoy your life...and your friends Bridge6pack [9:23 P.M.]: keep them close Garydonsgirl [9:23 P.M.]: bye
Ugh, I can't believe I lost the rest of the convo. It was really creepy. I kept telling him bye, but he just said some other random crap like he was trying to talk to me some more.

there are several factors that could have contributed to him getting your IM name, but your pretty safe. Just keep your firewall and virus scanners up to date to make sure he doesn't hack your computer, but i doubt that he's gonna do anything. Most of the girls that have been kidnapped, etc, is because they went out to meet the guy, not because they went to her house. So don't fret too much about it.
