thanks. i just want to cry so bad, but i hate crying. every time i cry (which isnt very often) i get a bad headache. plus, when i feel sad like this i feel quilty b/c i think that since i was delivered from depression and suicide that Im not suppossed to be sad. every time im sad like this (which is not often either) im scared that ill cut again or at least think about it.

thanks y'all. even tho i posted that last week, im still about to go insane. i have so much stress on me right now. my chest is starting to hurt. i have felt like just screaming. i cried today for no reason...well, i had a reason but it was stupid...thanks for your help y'all.
